Welcome to the Vancouver and Lower Mainland Chapter of the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a national, non-profit health agency, established in 1960 by concerned parents, relatives, and other Canadians. The foundation works to help provide care for individuals with CF and to continue the search for a cure or control for CF.
